Made by Gavin Doherty for All Irelands 2010. The bodice is black velvet
and the skirt is neon yellow with coral and black design. There are tons
of rhinestones added, both clear and color. The belt is made of bands of
rhinestones that have been attached around the entire bodice (back and
front). There is a black plisse ruffle added at the bottom of the skirt as
the dress was a little short. It can be easily removed. (Have pictures
without ruffle) There is room for let out.
