Made by Julie Ast. This dress is striking on stage! We have gotten
constant compliments on how elegant it is. The blue and black
material is all sequins. The upper portion is covered in a
see-through netting so that curls do not catch on sequins. It is a 2
piece dress. There are hundreds of crystals on the neckline,
waistline, and on appliques. The cape is soft and made of the
same sequined material with the Celtic knot design carried
through on the shoulder. Dress has always been worn with dress
shields and kept flat in dress cover. The underneath of the dress
is black with different color polka dots ( fun!) and the bloomers
are same colors, but striped. This dress was made for the 2008
Western O's and has been worn approximately 9 times. DD
retired November 2009 and I have just talked her into selling now.
Dress comes with a crown and a headband. Will also include a
Kelso travel wedge at no extra cost. It does have my daughter's
name embroidered on it, but what the heck...it's free. It is in
excellent pre-worn condition.
