| Stunning "beaufiful" (as commented by a judge) Prelim/Champ dress made by Siopa Rince in August '06. There are sparkly swirls in the white fabric that show nicely on stage. The underskirt is black and metallic silver swirls. Comes with bloomers and headpiece with crown. Some loss of sequins on sleeves but cannot be seen at all from stage.
