made by The Best Dressed LTD. It is sequined and stoned and super super
sparkly. The dress comes with a blue headband and 2 pairs of rainbow
bloomers to match the underside. This dress will be at Nation's Capital Feis and
Delaware Feis over the summer. It will also be at Baltimore Feis. If you want to
try on the dress and can't make it to one of these feises I can arrange for the
dress to be at most of the Mid Atlantic feises. Many more pictures available on
