| This dress is in very good condition and is being sold due to an injury that forced me to quit dancing. It was made by Sheila Hayes and gets lots of compliments! Measurements ( in inches ) Chest 30'' Natural waist 23'' Skirt length from waist seam to hem 17'' Sleeve length from shoulder to hem 20'' Shoulder seam to shoulder seam across top of back 14'' Front full length-center neck to hem 32'' Both the waist and the length of the dress can be let out a couple of inches.
