Brand new dress made by Dorothy Ryan. It is hard
to tell but, the dress is made of a bold blue satin
with kelly green sequined lace overlay. It makes the
dress look teal, sometimes green, it depends on the
lighting. Very eye-catching from far away with it's
sparkles and hot pink embroidery work through out
the dress. Also included is a matching crown (same
color style as dress) and pink and black polka
dotted bloomers which match the lining of the dress.
