Made in 2009 by Elevation design, made for the Australian
Nationals. Black velvet and blue sequined matte material with Celtic
embroidery. Worn 8 times in great condition, perfect lining, no
stains, has some wear to the sleeve embroidery. Has accompanying
bloomers and two headbands. Around 350 Swarovski crystals, also
includes a crystal number holder. Also has room for letting out in
