This is a brand new dress by Susan Smillie in a white
shimmery velvet with crushed red velvet diamond applique
to front, back and sleeves. The skirt is made up of 3 rows
of ruffles - one from red satin, one from white satin overlaid
sequin tulle and one from a metallic red sparkly material. The
skirt is soft and flowing, it has kick pleats at the side and a
stiffened under panel. Please email for more pictures. This
