Siopa Rince made for my daughter in 2010. The bodice is a white
fabric with a white lace tiny flower overlay. The embroidery is
emerald green, vibrant pink and orange with hundreds if Swarovski
crystals. There is an emerald green silk waist band embellished with
Swarovski crystals. The skirt is tear drop cut, and cupcake ruffle.
Cuffs are cupcake ruffles with bows.
