polka-dot sleeves with light purple flower-design lace overlay.

Designs are dark purple, pink, and lime green. Pink polka-dot
under skirt. Somewhat worn, overall decent condition. Prelim
level dress. It includes bloomers and I'll throw in a matching
$30 tiara/crown for free.
