Elegant, classic, royal blue solo dress has soft skirt with removable tutu.
Hundreds of Swarovski crystals throughout. Main bodice is velvet.
Sleeves, top of bodice, and 1 skirt layer are a stunning "watercolor"
fabric of rich shades of blues and greens swirled together. Many
compliments have been received about this dress. We are original owner
of dress and it is like new, has no visible wear, and has been stored in a
smoke free home. Dress comes with headpiece and zebra-print
bloomers that match underskirt. Shawl is made of the "watercolor"
