2008 custom made dress by Gayle Hiber in Seattle, Washington.
Only worn in the Pacific Northwest and for the 2008 Western
Regional Oireachtas. Beautifully made and well kept. Bodice
consists of 2 orange over lays and a third orange netting with
floral and sequin design. Accented with Celtic designs in teal
and white. Sleeve cuffs are part of natural material. Four panel
white skirt with white lattice overlay. Bright and eye-catching
underskirt with material that lines the entire dress. Never worn
with tanner. Cape and bloomers are included. Also come with 3
different styles of head pieces (one matching material and Celtic
design of dress, one orange with tiara, and a second smaller
orange one with tiara with teal accents). All backs match the
underskirt.
