Lightweight black velvet/crinkle skirt solo dress ideal for
Novice/Prizewinner. Made by Simply Celtic Design in Spring 2010
for current owner, with striking colors and lots of Swarovski
crystals for sparkle. This is the lightest dress we have ever
owned! Comes with headband and bloomers. Small minor repair
was done on the inside of the skirt but is not visible at all on stage.
Has let down room, but no let out room on the sides. Easily
brought in.
