condition - worn only a few times. Dress was made for
Worlds 2010. Vibrant royal blue and white satin with lots
of Swarovski AB crystals throughout the dress. Includes
tiara and royal blue bloomers. The beautiful crisp blue
and white looks amazing on stage and suits all hair
