Made in November 2005, by Ceal Webber. Main
fabrics are blue lycra and light blue fabric shot with
silver threads. Applique colors are white, orange
sparkle lycra, blue glitterdot, and black velvet with
holographic dots. The sleeves and pleats are black and
white patterned fish scale sequin. Includes cape,
flower headband, tiara with backing to match dress.
Crystals have been added since photo was taken.
