| Siopa Rince champ level dress. Flattering, feminine style designed by Phoebe in several shades of blue. Underskirt and bloomers are in a silver and light blue swirl iridescent fabric. Dress is comfortable and lightweight. Much loved and extremely well cared for, this dress is in excellent condition and has been stored flat in a smoke and pet free home. We are the original owners; dress was delivered for ’06 Oireachtas but is now too small. Additional photos available upon request.
