Beautiful Siopa Rince dress. Pretty center wrap skirt with three
tiers of ruffles in between. Sleeves and cape are a cute "feathery
fur" fabric and applique's are very sparkly silver sequins with
Swarovski crystal accents. Suitable for open or preliminary
champ. Condition is good (there is some slight wear on the
back skirt where the sequined sleeves rubbed). Includes original
crown and spankies, plus padded/rhinestoned headband.
