This black 3 paneled Siopa Rince dress with gold and
white tulip design is in excellent condition. It was
worn only once at Worlds before my daughter
acquired it. It comes with 2 headpieces: one black
rolled headpiece with gold and while sequined stripes
and one flat, fabric crown with the same tulip design
as the dress.
