two piece Siopa Rince is in “as-new” condition. The tu-tu style
skirt is a vibrant high lighter yellow with purple embroidery and
lots of Swarovski crystals. The purple velvet top is accented with
high lighter yellow sleeves and the perfect amount of crystals for
a dazzling look. The picture does not reflect the true vibrancy of
its colors. Dress comes with 2 custom head pieces and is from a
