Rogha Rinceoiri Dress. This dress is only one year
old and it is in great condition. It is a light lemon
yellow (not highlighter yellow) with sapphire blue
accents. The sleeves and shawl are also sapphire
blue. It has a soft and flowy shawl. The dress is
very sparkly and also has a sequin overlay. The
bottom of the sleeves and the dress skirt have an
accordion and feather trim. Bloomers and headband
are included. The dress can be taken out up to three
inches from the armpit to the waist.(one and a half
inches each side and the skirt can be lowered about
an inch).
