neck. Cream and fluoro orange frills under tangerine and black
panelled skirt. This dress looks very rich and sophisticated on
stage and always attracts lovely comments. More than 100
Swarovski crystals all over the dress. Black and white checkered
underskirt and matching bloomers. Made by Vicki Bennett, would
suit a tall slim 12-13 year old or even a 14 year old slim girl.
