This beautiful Elevation Design dress is in excellent condition.
Bodice is black velvet. Sleeves are sheer green over a green
material. Swarovski black-multi-color and multi-color crystals
throughout. New soft style skirt. Includes matching headband
with tiara and bloomers. Designed for Nationals but didn't get
much use as dancer was out with injury before growing out of
dress.
