Made by Judy Tatum. It is lime green and turquoise
metallic silk, with lime green, purple, and pink metallic
fabric designs, accented by silver, pink, purple, and green
metallic thread. It has a matching headpiece, cape and
bloomers. It was only worn a handfull of times and
remains in excellent condition.

I think I recall the designer saying there was an inch or
two of let down room available in the waist and possibly
shoulders, but I am unsure.
