Beautiful eye catching dress made by Kathleen Simpson.
Rich blue velvet, turquoise sparkly overlay and a gorgeous
white fabric decorated with silver sequins make this dress
really stand out on stage with it's crisp colours. Lots of
large Swarovski crystals have also been added for extra
sparkle and a pretty white lace ruffle ads a lovely feminine
touch. This dress has been loved and cared for and has
been stored flat in a non-smoking home. It comes with
bloomers and matching diamonte studded velvet headband.
