Distinctive coloring of the blue metallic shiny fabric and the unique
applique design helps it stand out on stage. Dances very well and
shows off holographic blue material between the pleats. Comes with
bloomers and headpiece. Great condition, has been altered one time,
so there is room to let it back out again.
