Gorgeous brand new dress in shades of blue created by
Michelle Lewis out of Canada. Dress is made of a velvet top
and darling cupcake style skirt. Dress has beautiful details and
lovely, fun bow in the back. Underskirt is made of a fun, blue
zebra print with matching bloomers. Dress has no headpiece,
but does come with extra fabric to custom make your own or
for any minor repairs. Crystals have been added to the skirt
layers. Email for additional photos. The dress has never been
