The base of the dress is a durable polyester like that found in many class and team dresses. The pinwheel design is made with bright pink lycra with holographic stars and a blue velvet-like material with silver sequins. The dress is also enbellished with jewels for added sparkle on stage. The embroidery is silver metalic and hot pink rayon. The lining, kick pleats and drape style cape are silver. The dress includes 2 pairs of kick pants (silver and pink) and a matching crown.
