Made by Kathy Rowley Designs. This dress is only 1 ½ years
old. It is a beautiful 2 piece dress with 1 1/2" of finished fabric
on every seam. The detailed 4-panel design is accented by a
holographic white sequined soft skirt. The four panel design is
carried onto the back of the dress as well. We love this dress
but have to sell due to a sudden growth spurt. The dress was
always worn with underarmor so it is stain and odor free. We
live in a pet free, smoke free home. Includes two headpieces
and two bloomers (one white, one pink).
